Gift Aid Declaration Online Form

Thank you for choosing to sign up for Gift Aid online.

Topic of Cancer will receive an extra 25p for every £1 you donate under the Gift Aid scheme, at no extra cost to you. Please fill in our short form below to make your Gift Aid declaration.

I want to Gift Aid my donation and any donations I make in the future or have made in the past four years to the Topic of Cancer charity. I am a UK taxpayer and understand that if I pay less Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all my donations in that tax year it is my responsibility to pay any difference.

This is a new declaration and replaces any previous declaration in favour of Topic of Cancer.
