What is ToC FIT?

ToC Fit is a dedicated exercise program designed to help individuals living with or recovering from cancer regain strength, improve mobility, and enhance overall well-being. We work in partnership with ThriveFit, who have created expert-led sessions tailored to all fitness levels.

ToC Fit is currently transitioning to come under the umbrella of Topic of Cancer. This change ensures streamlined operations while maintaining a separate management board to oversee the program’s success. Together, we are committed to providing a supportive and welcoming environment where participants can focus on their physical and mental health during and after treatment.

Online Sessions

From the comfort of your home, our sessions are virtual over Zoom.

All levels of fitness and mobility are welcome to join us in our sessions.

Instructors have undertaken specific Exercise for Cancer Rehabilitation.

Our ToC Fit sessions are designed to fit into your schedule with a variety of classes held throughout the week. Whether you’re looking for yoga, Pilates, or general fitness, our Zoom-based sessions are here to support you.

  • 11:45 am – Back to Fitness
  • 5:45 pm – Seated Pilates
